On the surface, granola seems like the perfect healthy snack.
It’s loaded with rolled oats, whole grains, tasty sweet natural fruits like strawberries and raisins. In reality, finding a healthy granola is pretty tricky. Most common store brands are filled with sugar and allergen products that turn your “healthy breakfast or snack” into something more so resembling a dessert!
Perfect portions
Granola tends to be on the denser side, so if not careful, one can quickly eat over the recommended portion size. That is why Three Little Birds Granola comes in individual 1.25 oz. portions, perfect with milk or yogurt for breakfast, or on the go across the playground in its package as a smart snack.
